Rozipe's responsibility ends at providing verified workers and processing wages. ALL site safety is the SOLE responsibility of the recruiter company. Rozipe bears NO liability for any site accident, injury, or fatality.
Category-Wise Safety Requirements
Construction & Civil
- Safety helmet — mandatory at all times on site
- Safety shoes with steel toe — mandatory
- Full body harness for work above 2 metres
- Scaffolding with proper guard rails and toe boards
- First aid box accessible at all times
Factory & Manufacturing
- Machine guards on all operating machinery
- Eye protection for cutting / grinding / chemical work
- Ear protection in high-noise environments above 85 dB
- Gloves for material handling
- Emergency stop mechanisms on all machines
Loading & Unloading
- Safety shoes — mandatory
- Back support belts for heavy lifting
- Maximum single-person manual lift: 30 kg
- Forklift operators must hold valid license
Security Services
- Adequate lighting at all post locations
- Communication device provided to guard
- Emergency contact list at every post
- Proper uniform and company-issued identity card
Recruiter Safety Declaration
Every recruiter must digitally sign this declaration at registration and before each job post:
"I / We, on behalf of [Company Name], hereby declare that: (1) Our work site(s) comply with all applicable safety laws under Indian law including OSH Code 2020. (2) We accept full and sole legal responsibility for the safety, health, and welfare of all workers deployed through Rozipe at our site(s). (3) We acknowledge that Retailix Private Limited / Rozipe bears no liability for any accident, injury, or fatality at our site(s). (4) We agree that Rozipe may take legal action against our company for proven safety violations."
SOS Emergency System
- 24/7 active SOS button in every worker app
- SOS alerts Rozipe Admin + worker's emergency contact simultaneously
- Rozipe Admin must acknowledge within 5 minutes
- Admin immediately contacts recruiter's site supervisor
- Call 108 (Ambulance) or 100 (Police) for emergency services
- All SOS logs permanently retained as legal evidence
Accident Protocol
- Step 1: Activate SOS in Rozipe app immediately
- Step 2: Call 108 / 100 for emergency services
- Step 3: Rozipe Admin notified via SOS
- Step 4: Recruiter must submit written incident report to Rozipe within 24 hours
- Step 5: Rozipe provides OTP and attendance records to authorities
- Step 6: Workmen's Compensation Act 1923 claim — recruiter's legal obligation
