No worker — unskilled or skilled — shall ever be charged any fee by Rozipe or by any recruiter for any reason at any stage. Charging fees from workers is illegal under Indian labour law. Any recruiter found charging workers will be permanently banned and an FIR will be filed.

- Platform charge: Rozipe margin (recruiter rate minus worker rate) — disclosed transparently
- No subscription, no listing fee, no hidden charges
Skilled Recruiters
- Registration: FREE
- Job posting: Subscription-based — refer Section 9
- No charges beyond selected subscription plan
- No hidden fees or surprise charges
Transparency Commitment
Rozipe is committed to full transparency. All fees, margins, and deductions are disclosed upfront. No charges shall be added after a transaction has been agreed upon. Every financial transaction generates a receipt visible to all relevant parties.
